Wholesale Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. The wholesale program is open to registered businesses with a valid resale certificate or tax ID (where applicable).

1.2. Approval is subject to verification of your business credentials. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our sole discretion.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

2.1. All wholesale orders must meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of $250

2.2. Orders that do not meet the MOQ will not be processed.

3. Wholesale Pricing and Payment Terms

3.1. Wholesale pricing is available only to approved buyers. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed. Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified.

4.2. We aim to process and ship orders within 5 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination.

4.3. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items and must be reported within2 days of receipt.

5.2. All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5.3. Refunds for approved returns will be issued as a store credit or replacement at our discretion.

6. Product Use and Restrictions

6.1. Products purchased through our wholesale program are intended for resale to end consumers.

6.2. Reselling on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Etsy is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6.3. You may not modify, copy, or replicate our digital or physical products without express permission.

7. Marketing Materials

7.1. Approved buyers may request access to product images and descriptions for marketing purposes.

7.2. Any use of our brand name, logos, or marketing materials must align with our brand guidelines.

8. Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to terminate your wholesale account for non-compliance with these terms and conditions, including late payments, improper product use, or violation of resale restrictions.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. Wholesale pricing, terms, and other program details are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

10.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or participation in the wholesale program.

10.2. Liability for defective products is limited to the replacement or refund of the product's purchase price.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina, USA.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

12.1. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
